ARTICLE 1 - RETURN PROCEDURE

You can exercise your right of withdrawal without needing to justify your choice or pay penalties except for reshipment costs which remain your responsibility.

The product must be returned in new condition, in its original packaging also in perfect condition. The purchase price of the item will then be refunded. Consumables (electrodes, accessories) are not refundable.


Elec'Tonic undertakes to reimburse any buyer who has exercised their right of withdrawal within fourteen days from the consumer's date of purchase provided that the product has been received by our after-sales service department.

A photo of the product or a short video may be requested before accepting its return.

The reimbursement will be made using the same means of payment as that used by the consumer for the initial transaction, unless the consumer expressly agrees to use another means of payment and to the extent that the reimbursement does not incur costs. for the consumer. To do this:

  • Specify the reason for your refund request
  • Send a photo of the product (completely)
  • Shipping costs will be your responsibility.
  • The return must be sent with a tracking number, we cannot be held responsible in the event of loss of your shipment.

ARTICLE 2 - REFUND PROCEDURE (IF APPLICABLE)

  • Your item will be evaluated upon receipt of your package by our services.

  • If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed within 8 days. A credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or payment method (processing times by your banking organization are beyond our responsibility
  • Once an item exchange request is made, it is no longer possible to request a refund.

ARTICLE 3 - REASONS WHY ÉLEC'TONIC DOES NOT MAKE REFUNDS

  • Following very strict health standards, a used product cannot be resold. Therefore, we cannot take back your product if it is used.
  • Your order has been sent and you have received a shipping confirmation email.
  • Product purchased on sale or with a promotional code. (Product exchanged if it presents a defect or refund in the form of a voucher)
  • Processing times vary between 24 and 72 hours before shipping depending on the number of orders in progress, we do our best to reduce this... If the package is in transit, it is not possible to request the refund. If, unfortunately, your package is not delivered within 60 days, you will be fully refunded.
