ARTICLE 1 - RETURN PROCEDURE

You can exercise your right of withdrawal without having to justify your choice or pay penalties except for the return shipping costs which remain your responsibility.

The product must be returned in new condition, in its original packaging and in perfect condition. The purchase price of the item will then be refunded. Consumables (electrodes, accessories) are not refundable.


Elec'Tonic undertakes to reimburse any buyer who has exercised his right of withdrawal within fourteen days from the date of purchase of the consumer provided that the product has been received by our service S.A.V.

A photo of the product or a short video perhaps asked before accepting his return.

The reimbursement will be made using the same means of payment as that used by the consumer for the initial transaction, unless the consumer expressly agrees to use another means of payment and provided that the reimbursement does not incur any costs for the consumer. To do this:

  • Specify the reason for your refund request
  • Send a photo of the product (entirely)
  • Shipping costs will be at your expense.
  • The return must be sent with a tracking number, we cannot be held responsible in the event of loss of your shipment.
  • Do not return your item to our warehouse as stated on your package slip, wait for the response from customer service with the address corresponding to the returns.

ARTICLE 2 - REFUND PROCEDURE (IF APPLICABLE)

  • Your article will be evaluated upon receipt of your package by our services.
  • In the event of a malfunction, you will receive a letter from customer service asking you to choose between an exchange, a credit note or a refund.
  • If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed within 8 days. A credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or payment method (processing times by your banking institution are beyond our control).
  • As soon as an exchange request If the item is purchased, it is no longer possible to request a refund.

ARTICLE 3 - REASONS WHY ÉLECT'TONIC DOES NOT ISSUE REFUNDS

  • Due to strict health regulations, a used product cannot be resold. Therefore, we cannot take back your product if it has been used.
  • Your order has been sent and you have received a shipping confirmation email.
  • Product purchased on sale or with a promotional code. (Product exchanged if defective or refunded in the form of a voucher)
  • Processing times vary between 24 and 72 hours before shipping. depending on the number of orders in progress, we do our best to reduce it... If the package is in transit, it is not possible to request a refund.If, unfortunately, your package is not delivered within 60 days, you will be fully refunded.
